Dr. Jeff Gossmann

Founder & President

Dr. Jeff Gossmann is a pastor, author, and educator on a mission to inspire Christian leaders to excel for God’s glory in every vocation. His wide-ranging ministry experience spans both church and university contexts. His book, What’s Next, and upcoming book The Ministry Matrix sets out to change the way that ministries understand and transform their communal identity for the better. He has also published several articles about leadership issues that navigate current cultural problems from a Christian perspective. Jeff holds both an MDiv and a Doctorate of Strategic Leadership from Regent University. He has taught college courses in Biblical studies in a local Bible college and university classes in quantitative research and leadership at The King’s Seminary. Dr. Gossmann currently serves as the Director of Campus Ministries at Regent University. He and his wife of 21 years live in Virginia and have four wonderful children.
